The “Al Vecio Casel” Farm is situated very close to the ducal city of Cividale del Friuli, at the heart of the Colli Orientali (Eastern Hills); immersed in greenery, it is a classic rural Friulian house. Its name derives from an old medieval building which was used as a watch-tower. The vineyard, edged by age-old cypresses and olive trees, spreads over an area of rolling hills, maintaining the layout of the rows and fruit trees thought out by previous generations.

The stages of production of wine, characterised by the retention of handed-down traditions, allows a natural wine to be obtained from grapes and vines at D.O.C. standards, forming part of the historical vineyards of this land. The presence of fruit trees, ornamental and natural plants, in addition to a pleasant visual impact and to the variety of aromas which are distinctly noticeable, allows for a natural pollination which makes the wine a product of rare uniqueness, a sin only for the lucky few.
