Brovada and Muset: muset is a variety of cotechino sausage prepared with meat from the snout (muso – hence the name) of a pig. Brovada is made from turnip rapes prepared in a typical Friulian manner. The turnip occupies an important place in Friulian cuisine and is a principal ingredient in many local dishes.
