This is a 60 square metres flat in a small villa located within 500 metres of the historic centre and the railway station of Cividale, in a peaceful residential area with access to all amenities. It has an independent entrance in an attractive, comfortable and well equipped building. It enjoys magnificent panoramic views that take in the Udine plain, the centre of Cividale and the surrounding mountains. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, and an open area with a single bed and a large double sofa-bed. There are a well equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, cooking pots, crockery and electrical appliances (including an American coffee machine and a toaster), a dining area, a laundry area with washing machine, spin dryer and iron, and a bathroom with shower. Sheets and towelling are provided. This is an ideal holiday accommodation for couples, families and youth groups. Italian and French are spoken, and non-smokers are preferred.
