It has 6 double rooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony, and equipped with TV and minibar. Common areas include an equipped kitchen for the exclusive use of guests, dining room, lounge with fireplace, reading room and laundry area. Guests also enjoy the use of the garden and reserved parking. They also have free use of swimming pool, solarium, children’s play area, table tennis, table football, football pitch and bicycles of a different establishment owned by the same proprietors, within 5 minutes’ driving distance. Guests can sample and buy olive oil, grappa and DOC wines home-made by the proprietors. Small pets can be accommodated. This is an ideal holiday location for families, young people and active guests, with country trails and sports facilities close at hand. It is also adapted for the needs of disabled guests.
