Set amidst the green and peaceful Faedis hills, this house occupies a scenic position in a quiet spot just 800 metres from the centre of Faedis and its amenities. It provides a convenient starting point for leisurely trips among the woods and vineyards. Various types of accommodation arrangements are available: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a single room; a double bedroom and bathroom; a 60 square metres apartment containing 2 twin  bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room and “hideaway” kitchenette; and a 90 square metres attic suite with a large bedroom, sitting room with fireplace, 2 balconies, kitchen and laundry area. Each accommodation arrangement has fridge, balcony, air conditioning and equipped kitchen.  Guests have the use of a large lawned area with swimming pool, solarium, children’s play area, table tennis, table football, football pitch and bicycles. Tennis courts and horse riding facilities are within a few minutes’ driving distance. Private parking is provided, and there is a local laundrette nearby. The accommodation is adapted for the needs of disabled guests. A typical continental breakfast is served, and guests are welcome to sample olive oil, grappa and DOC wines produced on site by the proprietors. Small pets can be accommodated. This is an ideal centre for family and activity holidays, and is also suitable for business travellers seeking a relaxing environment to unwind in.
