Tarcento, route: along a signed trail. There are three main stages: the first begins at the church in Sedilis and continues to the junction with the Bernadia road at the gun battery; the second stage leaves the church at Useunt, and proceeds through ancient pastures to the Bernadia fort; the third starts and ends at the fort, following a circular route with views over the Carso Plateau, with its characteristic depressions known as foibe and doline. The summit of Costa Dolina offers further spectacular and interesting views.
